PHM's Global Health Governance thematic circle invites you to a new webinar on the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing (PABS) system under the WHO Pandemic Agreement (adopted 2025)

There is no consensus in the negotiations for the WHO's PABS System on the sharing of health products during early stages of a disease outbreak to prevent a pandemic, while countries (especially in the Global South) are expected to share as soon as a pathogen is detected.
