Silence in the face of genocide, discrimination against Palestinians, condoning attacks on healthcare and healthcare workers, and complicity in torture ; violations of medical ethics have no place in our profession. We cannot accept the Israeli Medical Association’s disregard for the Medical Ethical Code or its failure to uphold the principles of medical ethics.

 The World Medical Association General Assembly is coming to Rotterdam. And so are we. It is time to suspend the IMA from the WMA.

From 8–10 October, health workers from around the world will gather for three days of international assembly, strategic organizing, and coordinated action in defense of medical ethics and solidarity with Palestine.
