Watch now: Amplifying Voices & Strengthening Resistance: Gender Violence, Conflict and Occupation

We, as feminists, health activists, and members of People’s Health Movement (Global) (https://phmovement.org/) across the world, are fully committed to exposing the interconnecting systems of oppression that lead to the destruction of people's lives, especially by highlighting their compounding effect on those already marginalised by existing social and systemic structures.  As we build a feminist mobilisation that challenges oppression across contexts, we believe that it is essential to deepen our solidarity and take steps to support women from Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon and the entire community.  Furthermore, at this critical juncture, we cannot foster any solidarity in isolation. Thus, we are determined to build powerful waves of solidarity transnationally to counter the growing anti-gender and anti-feminist discourse across the globe. Where the imperatives of reproductive rights, human rights, and gender justice are under attack, we endeavour to consistently respond to and challenge these regressive moves by colonial, oppressive, and neo-conservative regimes globally through sustained action, mobilisation, and the amplification of voices of resistance.
