Webinar: Impact of Post-Covid trends in Global Migration of Health professionals
The People's Health Movement's (Global) Health Systems thematic circle cordially invites you to an international webinar on the theme of "Impact of Post-Covid trends in Global Migration of Health professionals" on 25th October '25. Over the last few weeks, in response to a call by the Health Systems circle, we received case studies from Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, East European countries, and India on the topic of international migration of health workers specifically nurses. The webinar will draw on inputs and contributions from these case studies from various PHM country circles. Through the webinar, we hope to help PHM evolve its understanding of the dynamics of migration of Health Workers from various countries in the global south and also contribute to the discussions on revision of the Global Code, which are currently underway.
