  • PHM-IPHU is committed to reducing the financial barriers to attending IPHU.
  • Scholarships will be provided to all applicants selected to participate in the IPHU course, with PHM covering the costs of tuition, meals, accommodation and a cheapest available economy flight. Flight tickets will be booked by the PHM Global Secretariat upon a written confirmation by the participant on the itinerary provided. Most of flight tickets will be non-refundable; accordingly, participants will be asked to pay back the cost of their tickets if they do not show up. This policy is only to ensure that we are using our limited resources efficiently.
  • Local/Regional participants travelling by Bus/Train will be reimbursed by either cash reimbursement or account transfer.
  • Registration fee of USD 30 is mandatory for all international participants.
  • o Accommodation for all participants will be reserved in shared, basic facilities.
  • PHM-IPHU scholarships do not cover Visa,airport tax, travel insurance (where applicable), personal living expenses, per diem, or local transportation in the home country.
