Uncommon Questions: An Alternative Feminist Exploration of AIDS

The way that HIV/AIDS is perceived, diagnosed, social and political ramifications.  If the prevailing theories and treatments are wrong, the implications are also profound, and the effects tragic and widespread.  The workshop will share an analysis and critique of the HIV/AIDS paradigm using a feminist and human rights framework and methodology.   It challenges the dominant medical-pharmaceutical model and poses "uncommon questions" to generate alternative thinking and debate.
