Participation > Evaluate the Second Assembly

We invite all those who participated in PHA2 to send us your feedback. Below is a form that had been circulated on the last day of PHA2. If you did not get a chance to fill it then we would really appreciate it if you could do so now.

So do not feel that you must restrict yourself to the form.  We also invite you to share your personal responses to the Assembly and memorable occasions during that crowded week.
