Are we dreamers to want a world without wars? Is killing the only answer to conflict?  Are we forgetting that what is most important, is life? Let us do something!  Write a letter and draw a picture with your family, in which you say everything that you think and feel about war. 

With your help, we will collect THOUSANDS of letters that we will send to the United Nations in New York, to say to the world, from Ecuador… Yes, we can make a different world. 

Let's Write Peace is...

An alternative project of the People’s Health Assembly.

The project tries to initiate debate and reflections about war and the peace. The project is for children between 7 and 11 years, inviting them to exercise their rights to express themselves, in this case through letters and drawings. 

Let's Write Peace is...

Aims to collect a minimum of 20 THOUSAND letters written and drawn by children of Ecuador and the world, to exhibit them in an artistic exhibition, first in Cuenca - Ecuador and soon in New York, to be given finally in the United Nations (NY), like testimony of what children think and  feel on the war.  "

Will work with around 100 schools in Ecuador.  We are looking for post cards of people of all ages from around the world.
