The movement is organised through Geographical circles at country and
regional level and Issue based dialogue circles that are linked though
local, national and international level campaigns. The Global Secretariat is
presently hosted by the India Region.
The Steering Committee includes representatives from the 8 founding
networks / organizations involved in organizing the first
People's Health Assembly and establishing the People's Health
Movement as well as 8 regional facilitators. In 5 more regions the process
of electing the facilitators is ongoing.
The Steering Committee and the Secretariat are supported by a
wider group of individuals and organisations around the world.
This includes a growing number of Country Contacts, a Secretariat
Support Circle, and a growing number of issue-based Working
Circles.
